We were proud and delighted to present our show for Spring 2018 - the classic British musical 'My Fair Lady' - and for WLOG, it ended up being a record-breaker!
Yes, 'My Fair Lady' was our most successful spring show in terms of ticket sales - and a sell out just about every night, also making it one of the most popular shows that our group has ever produced.
Audience feedback was fantastic throughout the week, with great comments about the strong cast and chorus, witty script and songs, which included familiar favourites, such as: 'On The Street Where You Live'; 'Wouldn't It Be Loverly'; 'Get Me To The Church On Time', and 'I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face'.
A massive 'thank you' goes to our production team of Sarah Cook as Stage Director, Stuart Lamb as Musical Director and Jean Cator as Choreographer.
...and of course, of very big 'thank you' to all of those who came along to see the show - and help make it so successful - we look forward to seeing you this October for 'The Wedding Singer'.
